Terms of Service for Yard Waste Removal and Recycling

Welcome to Yard Waste Removal and Recycling (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of our Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOS. We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise. The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, logos, images, and design) are owned by Yard Waste Removal and Recycling or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and international treaties.

Limitation of Liability

YARD WASTE REMOVAL AND RECYCLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, COST OF COVER, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF YARD WASTE REMOVAL AND RECYCLING KNOWS OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM OR ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE OR PRODUCT IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the Site, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to any breach of these TOS. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of March 18, 2024.
